Alpha® offers two models with different maximum RPM to cover all fabricators who want to create the best polish and/or want to improve their productivities and efficiencies. Both polishers equipped with a newly developed motor with a 5 Hybrid composite vane design that outputs more power and last longer than their predecessor. The polishers come with new splash guard which blocks the splash while providing better visibility. The end case was also re-designed to improve the water and air control operation and minimize the risk of breakage. In addition, we added a silicon boot for the gear head, and water quick coupler with shut off valve, for your comfort and convenience. The Alpha® polishers always come with an enhanced spindle shaft and full size wrenches for easy tool removal. The all-weather air and water hoses are 15ft. and rated for -40°F or +140°F.

The AIR-830 has a maximum no-load RPM of 4,000 and the AIR-850 has 5,500.

FLex PLW 923 S

The PLW 923 S Air Stone Sander/Polisher features a central water feed with rear exhaust, and accepts 3", 4" or 5" discs. It comes with a 4" Velcro® pad, bail handle, side handle, wrenches, hoses for air, water and exhaust along with appropriate fittings.

Alpha Air 300 Mini Polisher

Alpha® AIR-300 designed for unique applications that are difficult to accomplish using conventional polishers. A smaller version of the well-known Alpha® AIR-658, the AIR-300 is ergonomically designed to fit comfortably in your hand and only weighs 1.6 pounds reducing fatigue from long hours of polishing. The smaller design is easy to maneuver and produces flawless sink rims and bowls. The Alpha® AIR-300 accepts 3” and 4” discs along with 2”, 3” and 4” rubber pads. It requires a 3HP compressor with air consumption of 10 CFM and air pressure between 85–95 PSI. The Alpha® AIR-300 Polisher easily converts from in-shop to on-site; a must have for all fabricators.
